2. Bespoke Orders & Purchases

All bespoke jewellery orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit before craftsmanship begins. The final balance is due prior to delivery. Delivery timelines for bespoke pieces are estimates and may vary based on the complexity of the design and sourcing of rare gemstones.

3. Authenticity & Warranty

Nayab Collection guarantees the authenticity of all precious metals and gemstones sold. Every purchase is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. We offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or modifications made by third-party jewellers.

4. Intellectual Property

All designs, photography, branding, and content within the Nayab Collection application are the exclusive intellectual property of G3D Studio Pvt Ltd. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use of our designs and assets is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.

5. Pricing & Availability

Due to the fluctuating nature of precious metal and gemstone markets, prices are subject to change without prior notice. While we strive for accuracy, errors in pricing or availability may occur. Nayab Collection reserves the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.
